Peer-Review Policy and Editorial Process
The International Journal of Advanced Research and Interdisciplinary Scientific Endeavors (IJARISE) is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of scientific integrity and scholarly excellence. At IJARISE, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, validity, and relevance for the scientific articles we publish. The cornerstone of this commitment is our rigorous peer-review process. This Peer-Review Policy outlines the guiding principles and procedures for the peer-review process at IJARISE.
The peer-review process involves several steps:
- Submission: Manuscripts/Scientific Papers submitted to IJARISE undergo an initial assessment by the editorial team to ensure adherence to the journal's formatting guidelines and scope. Submissions that meet these criteria proceed to the peer-review process.
- Reviewer Selection: The Editor-in-Chief assigns manuscripts to expert reviewers, ensuring that reviewers possess relevant knowledge and experience in the manuscript's subject matter.
- Double-Blind Review: To ensure impartiality and objectivity, IJARISE employs a double-blind peer-review process by two independent reviewers. Both the authors' and reviewers' identities remain anonymized throughout the process.
- Review Evaluation: Reviewers critically evaluate the manuscript's originality, significance, methodology, data analysis, interpretation, and overall contribution to the field. They provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Editorial Decision: After the peer-review process concludes, the Editor-in-Chief considers the reviewers' feedback and recommendations to make an editorial decision. Decisions may involve acceptance, revision, resubmission, or rejection of the manuscript/scientific papers.
- Author Response and Revision: Authors receive reviewers' comments and are allowed to respond to critiques and address concerns raised during the peer-review process. Authors are encouraged to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' feedback and recommendations to improve the quality and clarity of their technical/non-technical papers.
- Editorial Oversight: The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board oversee the peer-review process to ensure its integrity, fairness, and adherence to journal standards for successful paper publication.
- Transparency and Accountability: IJARISE is also committed to transparency in the peer-review process and provides authors with access to reviewers' comments and editorial decisions. Authors and reviewers are encouraged to provide feedback on the peer-review process to improve its effectiveness and efficiency.
The peer-review process is a fundamental aspect of scholarly publishing, facilitating the dissemination of high-quality research and advancing scientific knowledge. At IJARISE, we take pride in upholding the highest standards of peer review to ensure the credibility, rigor, and impact of the research articles we report across all disciplines.
