- Description of the duplicate transaction
Our team will review your request and process the refund if the criteria for a duplicate transaction are met.

Approved refund requests will be processed within 10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
