Abstract
Customer engagement has become a critical factor for the success of modern businesses, transforming how companies interact with consumers across various channels. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) have emerged as transformative technologies that enable organizations to understand, predict, and influence customer behavior more effectively. This paper explores the techniques and applications of AI and ML in enhancing customer engagement through personalized marketing, chatbots, recommendation systems, sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics. By analyzing various case studies from diverse industries, this study highlights how businesses leverage AI and ML to improve customer satisfaction, increase retention, and drive growth.
