AI Content Policy
AI-Generated Content Policy
To uphold the integrity and transparency of scholarly research, this journal strictly follows guidelines concerning the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the publication process, in alignment with the UGC 2025 regulations.
1. Permissible Uses of AI Tools
- Authors may use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, DeepL) solely for language editing, grammar correction, or enhancing readability.
- AI tools must not be used for generating research content, data interpretation, arguments, or conclusions without human oversight.
2. Mandatory Disclosure
- Any use of AI tools during manuscript preparation must be clearly disclosed in the Acknowledgment or a separate Disclosure Statement.
- The disclosure must specify the name of the AI tool, its purpose, and the extent of its usage.
3. Accountability
- Authors are entirely responsible for the originality, validity, and ethical compliance of their submissions, including portions assisted by AI.
- Improper use of AI, such as submitting AI-generated research without attribution or oversight, may result in rejection, retraction, or reporting to relevant institutions.
4. Prohibited Use
- Submissions with fully AI-generated content or significant unacknowledged AI contributions will not be considered for publication.
- The journal reserves the right to use AI-detection tools and plagiarism software to ensure compliance.
5. Reviewer and Editorial Use
- Editorial staff and peer reviewers may use AI tools solely to enhance language clarity or communication, not to generate review content or make decisions.
This policy is part of our commitment to ethical publishing practices as recommended by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
